Strbske pleso with its large glacial mountain lake is a favorite ski, tourist, and health resort in the High Tatras. The future resort began to emerge in the year 1872. ParkSnow Strbske pleso offers 8,7 kilometers of pistes, 3 chairlifts and 5 skilifts. With extensive parking facilities and a stop on the Tatra trolley and rack railway, it is a starting point for a most of popular hikes.

Demänovská Cave of Liberty is a karst cave in Low Tatras in Slovakia. It is located 13 km southerly from the city of Liptovský Mikuláš.
